资源简介:
Data are the average and standard deviations of melting temperatures DNA fragments produced by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The DNA fragments were amplified from primers designed to resolve single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that distinguish one or several rockfish (Sebastes spp.) species occurring in the Gulf of Alaska. The general area in which the tested species may occur is along the continental shelf from Dixon Entrance to the western end of Kodiak Island in Alaska. Each value was derived from three to five reference individuals of each species tested. The data are tabled in an EXCEL spreadsheet. Reference samples were provided by Dr. M. Love (University of California Santa Barbra) and Drs. J. Heifetz and K. Shotwell (NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service, Auke Bay Laboratories).
