Minimal de-identified dataset and analysis code for: Pragmatic AHA-aligned cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic staging and 10-year all-cause mortality in Vietnamese outpatients: a retrospective cohort study

This Zenodo record contains the minimal de-identified dataset, data dictionary, and analysis code used to reproduce the main findings of the study entitled “Pragmatic AHA-aligned cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic staging and 10-year all-cause mortality in Vietnamese outpatients: a retrospective cohort study.” Contents of this record: minimal_dataset.csv – minimal de-identified analytic dataset; data_dictionary.csv – variable definitions and coding; reproduce_main_results.py – script to reproduce the main summary statistics and regression analyses; QA_Report.md – quality-control summary of the shared dataset. The shared dataset is a de-identified minimal dataset prepared for reproducibility and public sharing. No direct personal identifiers are included.
