This dataset supports the study of mulberry bacterial wilt caused by <em>Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum</em> var. mori, a distinct clade within Phylotype I, focusing on its taxonomic status, virulence gradients, and host-specific adaptations. It includes genomic sequences, phenotypic data, and experimental results from multilocus sequence analysis (MLSA), whole-genome sequencing, in vitro virulence assays, pot experiments, electron microscopy, and RT-qPCR for seven mulberry <em>Ralstonia</em> strains (LKqk, LZqk, XCqk, XZqk, YDqk, YLqk, HJqk).
