In this study, we aimed to identify the species and proportions of serum spliced pgRNA variants in chronic HBV patients by employing Long-read sequencing. Full-length pgRNA was predominant in serum HBV RNAs of chronic HBV patients. We established an accurate assay to measure serum SP1 by Long- read sequencing results of chronic patients.
