Email follow up waiting time for users in the United States 2022

According to a study of U.S. users conducted in January 2022, 38 percent of respondents take between two and four days to follow up on an email they previously sent. Less than one-third of respondents reported following up after a day, while 11 percent reported following up on their emails within a few hours.
