This dataset contains metallographic images of TC4 titanium alloy fabricated by electron beam melting (EBM), intended for classifying the microstructures produced under EBM process parameters.The samples were prepared through cutting, grinding, polishing, and etching with Kroll’s reagent. Images were acquired using an Olympus BX53M metallographic microscope at magnifications of 200× and 500×. The EBM printing was conducted on a Qbeam S350L system with the following key parameters: preheating stage—average beam current 36 mA, rotation angle 79°, scanning speed 60 mm/s, scanning pattern grid lines; filling stage—beam current 19 mA, scanning speed 1.24 m/s, hatch spacing 0.11 mm, layer thickness 90 μm.The dataset comprises over 10,000 JPG images with a resolution of 1024×1024 pixels. An accompanying README file (recommended to open with VS Code to avoid garbled characters) details the file naming convention and the corresponding experimental conditions.This dataset supports the research presented in the paper *Dual-Stream Swin-Transformer with Gabor Texture Priors for Semi-Supervised Classification of TC4 Titanium Alloy Microstructures*.
