Phytoplankton PABS and CDOM from complex turbid waters, South America, Uruguay

This repository contains the first dataset of PABS (total particle absorption spectra, phytoplankton absorption spectra, and non-algal particulate matter spectra) and CDOM spectra for freshwater and coastal waters of Uruguay. The Notes file contains information about the sampled sites. These data are valuable for different water quality monitoring methods, whether in situ or by remote sensing.
