Myeloid cell subpopulation comprises denditric cells (DC), monocytes and macrophages. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the heterogeneity of the myeloid cells, particularly to study tumor-assocaited macrophages in TNBC patients. Overall design: JT and T myeloid cells from TNBC patients were isolated by FACS-sorting, collecting HLADR+CD11C+ double positive cells, excluding from the sorting strategy CD3, CD19, CD56 and dead cells. The collected cells were analyzed using scRNAseq.
