RNA-seq of TcUBP1 transgenic Trypanosoma cruzi CL-Brener epimastigotes

TcUBP1-GFP transgenic T. cruzi CL-Brener epimastigotes were incubated by triplicate in BHT 10 per cent with 0.5 ug/ml tetracycline for 96 h days at 28 degree Celsius with shaking and these Trizol samples used for RNA-sequence analysis along with the control wild-type samples. The RNA-seq bio-analyzer library profile of both samples was generated on Agilent 2100 instrument. The samples were next used for paired-end (PE) deep sequencing and the libraries were sequenced using 2 x 100 PE chemistry on DNBSeq platform (BGI Americas Corporation) for generating about 5.3 GB of data per sample.
