Experimental data of fluorescence quenching and CD spectroscopy measurements (ApT, GpC, ct-DNA)

This folder contains experimental data presented in our work, which contains fluorescence quenching data based on Trp-109 signals in the H-NS DNA binding domain in the presence of ApT or GpC sequences. The circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy data presents measurements of ApT, CpC and ct-DNA in the presence and without the presence of the H-NS protein.
