Compotition of Dairi's Zanthoxylum acanthopodium Extract
收藏资源简介:
Based on the LC-MS/MS analysis of the methanolic extract, hundreds of compounds were identified with generally high mzCloud Best Match scores (>80%), indicating reliable compound annotation. The most abundant compounds, based on peak area, were eucalyptol, 1-dodecyl-2-pyrrolidinone, choline, and pyrovalerone, followed by other metabolites including α-pinene-2-oxide, caryophyllene oxide, citral, oleamide, linoleoyl glycerol, quercetin, ferulic acid, kaempferol, diosmetin, hyperoside, berberine, and several unsaturated fatty acids and their derivatives. The metabolite profile revealed the presence of diverse classes of bioactive compounds, including terpenoids, flavonoids, alkaloids, phenolic acids, fatty acid amides, amino acids, nucleobases, and lipids, reflecting the complex chemical composition of the methanolic extract. The predominance of terpenoids and phenolic compounds, together with flavonoids and alkaloids, suggests that the extract possesses considerable biological potential, including antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and other pharmacological activities.
