To investigate the chemotactic profile of TNFR2+Tregs in malignant pleural effusion (MPE), RNA-sequencing analysis was performed. TNFR2+CD4+T cells and TNFR2-CD4+T cells were isolated from MPE using fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). This approach enabled the identification of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between these cell populations, with a particular focus on genes associated with chemotaxis and the chemokine signaling pathway.
