Barro Colorado Island Forest Succession Simulation Coherence Biomass prediction

This dataset contains processed patch-level forest above-ground biomass (AGB) and TanDEM-X coherence simulations for a 500 year succession run for tropical forest in Barro Colorado Island (BCI), Panama. The data are provided at two spatial resolutions (20 m and 100 m) and include multiple noise levels to assess the robustness of biomass estimation models. The dataset consists of two CSV files:- data_20m.csv: Individual patch-level measurements at 20 m resolution, including biomass (t ha⁻¹), coherence magnitude, and canopy height metrics- data_100m.csv: Aggregated statistics at 100 m resolution, including mean, standard deviation, minimum, and maximum values for both biomass and coherence across aggregated patches All biomass values are expressed in t ha⁻¹ and have been scaled to account for spatial resolution differences. Coherence measurements are provided at three noise levels (0%, 10%, and 20% additive Gaussian noise) to evaluate model sensitivity to data quality.
