"Abstract: A model in which dynamic dark energy was formed at some point in time as a result of a large fluctuation of the concentration in an electroneutral plasma of spinor quasiparticles and anti-quasiparticles interacting with a random electromagnetic field is proposed. The evolution of the density of dark energy and related quantities such as the Hubble parameter and the acceleration of the expansion of the Universe are considered. It is shown that the model makes to explain the so-called \u201cHubble tension\u201d, as well as the slowing acceleration of the expansion of the Universe at the present time. [Abstract, Abstract] "
