Intra-operative Dataset

This dataset contains images acquired from minimally invasive mitral valve repair surgeries, with a total of 2,376 frames (1,188 pairs of stereo images) and manually annotated suture landmark points. The dataset is split into 4 folds following the leave-one-out cross-validation method, containing approximately 23,900 annotated suture landmark points. Additionally, an independent test set is prepared from data of 5 unseen surgical procedures. This dataset has a total size of 2,376 frames (1,188 pairs of stereo images), and its tasks include landmark detection and image synthesis.
