Additional Tiling Results of 4 AAV sequencing datasets produced on Pacific Biosciences Sequel II and Revio Sequencers as well as archival copies of the AAV sequencing datasets

This record contains additional tiling algorithm output for the 2023-Revio-ssAAV-pAV-CMF-GFP PacBio AAV datasets analyzed in our paper, "The Tiling Algorithm -- A general method for structural characterization of accurate long DNA sequence reads: application to AAV genome sequences" submitted to Plos ONE. It also contains the original PacBio AAV data files used in the paper, and it contains additional scripts and results for the paper.
