资源简介:
Iron overload plays an important role in promoting the development of disease, such as osteoporosis and periodontitis. Osteoporosis is a systemic disease that cause reduced bone strength and increased risk of fracture, which is caused by reduced bone mass and bone microstructures destruction. In vivo and in vitro studies have suggested that iron overload induced apoptosis of osteoblasts. In this study, an iron overload model of mouse proosteoblast cell line MC3T3-E1 induced by high concentration of ferric ammonium citrate was used to analyze the miRNAs expression profiles in MC3T3-E1 cells under iron overload. The results showed that increased miR-3074-5p by iron overload results in apoptosis of MC3T3-E1 cells.
