Genetic study in adult patients with Langerhans cell histiocytosis

The understanding of the genomic landscape and its association with clinical features or prognostic implications in adult patients with Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) remains limited. In order to investigate somatic alterations in adult patients with LCH and describe the correlation between genomic profiling and clinical characterization and outcome, we retrospectively studied the genomic analyses and outcomes of adult LCH patients in our center.
