This series contains files relating to the sale and transfer of Loy Yang Power Limited which once owned and operated the Loy Yang A Power Station and Mine. When Loy Yang A was sold in May 1997 the Office of the Administrator took over the responsibility for the company and arranged for it to be cleaned up and deregistered. The company name Loy Yang Power Limited during the sale process was changed to Quiet Life Limited.These files include: annual reports, board meetings, correspondence, common seal register.
