Static Magnetic Field Preserves Postharvest Broccoli Quality Revealed by Integrated Multi-Omics Analysis

This project employs a static magnetic field to treat post-harvest broccoli and integrates transcriptomics, metabolomics to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying delayed yellowing, suppressed deterioration and extended shelf life, offering theoretical insights and technical parameters for green, non-thermal preservation of fresh broccoli.
