Single cell RNA-seq profiling of individual Biomphalaria glabrata immune cells with a focus on immunologically relevant transcripts

The study aimed to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the differences between the different subsets of haemocytes, as well as the differences between haemocytes of susceptible and refractory strains of Biomphalaria glabrata. Thus, we have undertaken an effort to use scRNA seq analysis to help elucidate potential key differences between M-line and BS-90 granulocytes and hyalinocytes.
