we investigated the effect of continuous long-term fertilization on microbial communities in Shaping, Hequ, China. Soil samples were collected from 4 different fertilization regimes as follows: manure, M; nitrogen and phosphorus, NP; manure+NPM, MNP; no fertilizer, CK. High-throughput sequencing approaches were applied to the V3-V4 regions of the 16S ribosomal RNA for analysis of the microbial abundance and microbial diversity.
