针对数据购买者，可以通过该数据获取该地区用户的燃气用气量、用气金额，分析该地区燃气消费习惯，形成用户画像。物联网表每天可以通讯一定次数，每次通讯会计算出上次通讯到本次通讯之间的读数（系统读数获得），申请人通过计算上次结算读数与本次结算读数的差额，计算出燃气用户每天的用气量情况（即用气量=本次结算读数-上次结算读数）； 2、燃气的由政府发改委确定，一定用气期间内为固定值，申请人通过用气量与单价的乘积，可计算出每天的用气金额，从而根据结算后账户余额=结算前账户余额-用气金额的计算公式，通过计算得出当天的账户余额（结算后账户余额）

2. The unit price of gas is fixed within a specific usage period as determined by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of the local government. Data purchasers can calculate the daily gas payment amount by multiplying the daily gas consumption by the unit price. Then, the post-settlement account balance can be calculated using the formula: post-settlement account balance = pre-settlement account balance - gas payment amount, to obtain the daily account balance (post-settlement account balance).
