本研究首次针对表达与人源p53-Y220C热点致癌突变体（hot-spot oncogenic mutant）功能等效的突变体的小鼠，开展胸腺细胞（thymocyte）转录组（transcriptome）分析。本实验针对三种基因型（p53+/+、p53Y217C/Y217C及p53-/-）均设置了生物学重复（biological replicates）。
