To contribute new information regarding the optimization of biodiversity assessment strategies in the context of ecological restoration and sustainable agriculture, this study applies both eDNA and conventional monitoring methods within the Nature Positive Agriculture (NaPA) Project, a nationwide, farmer-driven initiative, with a research component studying the effects of flower strips on arthropod communities in agricultural areas. This study uses data collected from vane traps, pitfall traps, and eDNA to assess whether a combination of these methods will yield more comprehensive and accurate data on arthropod communities than traditional trapping methods alone.
