This record provides processed, sample-by-feature abundance matrices from an untargeted metabolomics study comparing three groups: NASH, NAFL, and Control. The dataset is intended for downstream statistical analysis, visualization, and reproducibility. Raw instrument files are not included; only derived quantitative matrices and accompanying sample metadata are provided.
