资源简介:
CRL2025 T2W Atlas and Segmentations This is a spatio-temporal map of the developing fetal brain, from gestational age (GA) weeks 21 to 37, made from 194 reconstructed fetal T2-weighted brain images. Included are two sets of image segmentations: tissue segmentations with delineated borders between white and cortical gray matter (cortical plate), and regional parcellations which overlap the white-gray matter border. The tissue segmentation is further divided into two versions, one which splits white matter into subplate and intermediate zone (white matter zones; WMZ), and one that does not. WMZ segmentations are only supplied up to 32 weeks gestational age. Contents: t2w_GA*_atlas.nii.gz - T2-weighted atlas images t2w_GA*_tissue.nii.gz - Tissue segmentations t2w_GA*_tissueWMZ.nii.gz - Tissue segmentation with white matter zone division t2w_GA*_regional.nii.gz - Regional parcellation T2WAtlas_labelkey-tissue.txt - Label key for tissue segmentation T2WAtlas_labelkey-region.txt - Label key for regional segmentation Label keys can be loaded in ITK-SNAP Files in this data release were developed for research purposes and are not intended for medical or diagnostic use and have no warranty.
