临床高血压病历数据库

对全国中医高血压病医疗中心(全国重点学科)所存病例进行筛选、初审、整理。将高血压病例所记载的病人个体特征信息、证候信息、分型信息、检查信息等按照一定规则采集到数据库中，真实记录临床高血压患者的基本信息。用户可以直接下载数据资源，申请使用。

Data for this dataset were sourced from medical cases stored in the National Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Hypertension Medical Center, a national key discipline. First, screening, preliminary review and organization of all preserved hypertension medical records were conducted. Subsequently, key information including individual patient characteristics, TCM syndrome information, disease classification information and examination records were collected into the database following standardized protocols, to authentically document the basic clinical information of hypertension patients. Qualified users may directly download the dataset resources upon submitting a formal application for authorized access and usage.
