Replication Data and Code for "Academic Achievement as a Complex Adaptive Educational Network"

This repository contains the anonymized analysis dataset, reproducible R code, final publication figures, manuscript tables, data dictionary, and bootstrap supplements associated with the study “Academic Achievement as a Complex Adaptive Educational Network.” The study examines the conditional organization of cognitive, psychological, environmental, and mathematics-achievement variables among 1,007 pre-service teachers using an EBICglasso Gaussian Graphical Model, strength and bridge centrality, Louvain community detection, and bootstrap assessment. This updated version standardizes variable labels, corrects the analysis workflow to read the deposited dataset directly, and aligns all files with the final camera-ready manuscript. The cross-sectional network represents conditional statistical associations rather than causal or temporal pathways.
