This dataset contains experimental measurements generated during the evaluation of fungal growth, pH changes, and exopolysaccharide (EPS) production by Lentinus squarrosulus cultured in PDB and YEB media over a 21-day fermentation period. The dataset includes triplicate measurements for fungal biomass (mg/mL), pH, and EPS yield, along with calculated mean and standard error (SE) values. Data were collected at 3-day intervals using standard microbiological and biochemical methods. Each table provides raw replicate values and summary statistics. The dataset supports reproducibility, comparative analysis, and secondary use for meta-analysis or modeling.
