Companion data deposit of manuscript: Evaluating and improving the representation of bacterial contents in long-read metagenome assemblies

This upload contains the metagenome assemblies and their binning results generated & described in the manuscript "Evaluating and improving the representation of bacterial contents in long-read metagenome assemblies" (preprint version: arxiv2210.00098, "Towards complete representation of bacterial contents in metagenomic samples"). 

Mapping of sample names in the file names and the descriptors used as in the manuscript can be found in table S1, which is available along with the manuscript and also included in the supplementary_tables_and_figures tar archive here.
