<p><span style="color:rgb( 33 , 33 , 33 )">Data for article which analysing the practices of director Michał Zadara, who uses theatre to make legal interventions. The performances prepared by the director address the main problems of Polish reality (anti-Semitism, the human rights crisis, climate catastrophe) and discuss them from a legal perspective. The article analyses the following performances: Sprawiedliwość (Justice) (2018), Odpowiedzialność (Responsibility) (2022), Sytuacja graniczna (Border Situation) and Smutna rzeka (Sad River) (both: 2024). In each of them, the creators become whistleblowers on crimes against the community. Their main task is to identify those responsible for violating the law.</span></p>
