GAL-2 Y2038 Dataset v0.2: Legacy Machines with GAL-2 under Y2038, Collapse or Continuity?

This package provides strong single-machine evidence that GAL-2 daemon mediation preserves continuity for the tested legacy-style Y2038 workloads, while signed-32-bit legacy handling collapses.
