为适应当前公路车辆自由流状态下治超，输出超限超载车辆的数据、图片、短视频等相关信息，并将形成处罚条件的数据推送到综合执法平台，执法平台办结反馈案件结果，形成闭环，实现对超限超载车辆的精准识别和处罚。

To meet the demand of overload and overlimit vehicle enforcement under the free-flow traffic condition on current highways, this dataset outputs relevant information including data, images and short videos of overloaded and overlimit vehicles, and pushes the data that meets the penalty criteria to the comprehensive law enforcement platform. The platform will conclude the cases and feed back the case results, forming a closed-loop workflow to achieve accurate identification and penalty for overloaded and overlimit vehicles.
