Raster maps of hunting-induced defaunation across the tropics for all, large ( > 20kg), medium (1-20 kg) and small mammal species ( < 1 kg).Projection: MollweideResolution: 1kmValues represent a defaunation index (DI) ranging from 0 (no defaunation) to 1 (complete defaunation).Maps are built aggregating species-specific defaunation indexes of ca. 4000 mammal species across the tropics.
