NMR Dataset from "A novel method for quantifying enzyme immobilization in porous carriers using simple NMR relaxometry"

NMR data for publication "A novel method for quantifying enzyme immobilization in porous carriers using simple NMR relaxometry" in Biochemical Engineering Journal. The data was acquired on a Spinsolve 60 system at the Institute of process imaging. Multiple batches of enzyme carrier with different enzyme loadings were measured. This data is used to validate the NMR pore-filling model described in the paper, which uses NMR relaxometry data to establish a pore-filling ratio which can be used to guide immobilization.
