Samtools novel phage mapping statistics files Analysis includes the detection of phages across 889 faecal samples under strict and relaxed thresholds. Phage detection was classified using two sets of criteria: strict ( ≥10 mapped reads, ≥1x mean depth, and ≥70% genome breadth) and Relaxed (≥10 mapped reads and ≥50% breadth) from (A) genome coverage breath (%), (B) mapped reads (log10 scale), and (C) mean genome coverage depth (log10 scale)
