This repo contains the datasets used in the SIGIR 2024 paper Dense Retrieval with Continuous Explicit Feedback for Systematic Review Screening Prioritisation.
dpr_train.zip contains the sampled positive/negative studies (title and abstract) from CLEF-TAR 17-19 training sets for training dense retrievers.
dev_dir.zip contains the queries from CLEF-TAR 17-19 test sets to be encoded by the trained dense retrievers.
corpus_dir.zip contains the title and abstract of each study from CLEF-TAR 17-19 test sets to be encoded by the trained dense retrievers.
