资源简介:
Visible-near infrared to shortwave infrared (VNIR-SWIR) and midwave infrared to thermal infrared (MIR-TIR) fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) measurements of the National Geochemical Survey of Australia soil samples from Geoscience Australia (GA). Samples were measured at the Australian Resources Research Center in Kensington, WA by CSIRO and GA staff between 2013-2016. A total of 1308 samples were measured using the two spectral methods.\nLineage: Bruker Vertex 70 and 80v FTIR spectrometers with a Bruker A562 gold coated integrating sphere and a 2x2 mm MCT detector were used for the MIR-TIR measurements. The sample vials were shaken and poured into the 20 mm diameter round black aluminium sample cups and flattened with a glass slide before measurement. The same sample was measured with a n ASD FieldSpec 3 or 4 spectroradiometer with a vertically orientated hi-intensity contact probe looking downwards and directly contacting the sample cup. White reference measurements were collected every 5-10 minutes using a LabSphere Spectralon panel which had been cross calibrated to a laboratory standard. The ASD data was de-stepped to remove the detector offset and the white reference calibration applied to create absolute reflectance data. The FTIR data was resampled from wavenumbers to nanometers over the 1430-20000 nm wavelength range at 2.267 nm wavelength spacing. The two datasets were imported into TSG and exported as two Comma Separated Value files.
