资源简介:
These computer model data describe various hydrological variables for the entire state of Alaska. Variables include streamflow, snow water equivalent, precipitation, temperature, snow sublimation, evapotranspiration, and others. File formats are a mixture of netCDF (.nc) and comma-separated values (.csv; simple ascii text). There are several different types of files. These include: (1) variables on a 2-dimensional spatial grid, with a daily time step; (2) variables (streamflow only) output only at model grid cells on the coastline, (3) annual summaries of variables aggregated over large watersheds of interest, and (4) monthly climatologies of variables aggregated over large watersheds of interest. Complete datasets are provided for four HUC4 watersheds: 1906 - BEAU (drains to Beaufort Sea); 1905 - CHUK (drains to Chukchi Sea); 1903 - BRIS (drains to Bristol Bay) and 1904 - YUKO (drains the Yukon River). Note that the YUKO domain was extended into Canada in order to capture the complete Yukon watershed. For these four watersheds, results are provided for 1990-2020 and 2070-2100. An additional dataset is provided for the Gulf of Alaska (GOA) watershed. GOA includes 1902, 1903, and portions of Canada. This dataset only includes streamflow at coastal grid cells and only covers the period 2014 - 2023.
