Reasons for stopping to buy online in Russia in 2018

One of the central reasons to abstain from online shopping in Russia in 2018, apart from the need for saving money, was the delivery of non-conforming products. Over 30 percent of the surveyed also complained about long shipping periods and difficult return procedures. Trust issues or the preferences for offline shopping were among rarely mentioned reasons for stopping e-shopping.
