Plotting resources for "DC-Readout of Semiconductor Spin Qubits: Opportunities and Limits". The dataset contains the data of all plots in the paper. Both SET characterization data as well as spectre simulation data are plotted to form the figures in the paper.

本数据集为《半导体自旋量子比特的直流读出：机遇与局限》一文的配套绘图资源，收录该论文所有绘图的原始数据。论文中的全部插图均由单电子晶体管（Single-Electron Transistor，SET）表征数据与Spectre仿真数据绘制而成。
