RNA Sequencing analysis on Tumor associated macrophages (TAMs) Isolated form Lewis Lung Carcinoma (LLC) tumors

The goal of this study is to compare transcriptome profiling of miR-21 null TAMs vs. WT macrophages isolated from LLC tumors LLC cells were subcutaneously implanted in 8 weeks old WT or miR-21 null mice. After 14 days tumors were isolated and collagenase digested then macrophages were FACS sorted as (CD45+, CD11b+, MHCII+, F4/80) cells and RNA was extracted for subsequent RNA-seq analysis.
