bacteria diversity in highly degraded alpine meadows and artificial grasslands on the Tibetan Plateau

In this study, we used 16S rRNA gene sequencing to analyze the variation of the soil bacteria diversity and explore relationship between degradation of alpine meadows and artificial grasslands on the Tibetan Plateau. The relative abundance(RA) results indicate that the species of bacteria were same but the abundance was different. The value of richness and diversity remained in extremely degrad-alpine meadows was higher than that of artificial grassland, but the species distribution was relatively uniform and stable in artificial grassland.
