Contains MethylCIBERSORT estimates for TCGA tumours, previously published in Chakravarthy et al, Nature Communications, 2018.<br> The RData object is a dataframe that also incorporates clinical variables as published in the TCGA PanCancer Atlas.<br> The "Cluster" column indicates whether a tumour was classified as immune cold (C1) or immune hot (C2). These allocations were derived by applying an elastic net trained on clusters derived from infiltration estimates in HPV negative had and neck cancer.
