Gene expression profile at single cell level of cultuted bovine milk-derived cells (MiDCs)

Bovine milk derived cells are a novel population with reported stem cell-like properties. We assessed these cells using scRNA-seq for markers of pluripotency and other features associated with the effects of their conditioned medium (CM). Overall design: Fresh bovine milk was centrifuged to isolate cells and adherent cells were isolated by plating on tissue-culture plates. Upon isolation of colonies and formation of a monolayer, the cells were analyzed using scRNA-seq.
