Supplementary materials. Simulation results are contained in three structures, representing metrics of congestion at CA1: Arrivals, Utilization and Contents. Each structure contains three fields, which correspond to the three network types: the original CoCoMac network, as well as Randomized and Reversed surrogate networks. In the case of Randomized networks, there are 5 sets of 100 simulations, which correspond to , , , and reversals of unidirectional projections. The array “CoCoMac_adjacency” contains the adjacency matrix of the CoCoMac network, while the cell “Labels” contains the labels of each of the 242 brain regions. (MAT)
