Elucidation of pathophysiology of KRAS-mutant brain arteriovenous malformation and establishment of molecular-targeted therapy

This study aims to clarify the role of KRAS gene mutations on cerebral arteriovenous malformations pathologically and molecularly, and to establish molecular-targeted therapies as new treatments for cerebral arteriovenous malformations. In this study, we will create and analyze model mice, and conduct therapeutic experiments.
