Genechip and proteomics individual-level dataset for Electrically Paced hiPSC-Cardiomyocyte Maturation Study

This dataset contains the full set of individual replicate measurements from transcriptomic (GeneChip/Clariom D array) and proteomic (TMTpro 16-plex LC–MS/MS) analysis. It includes processed expression values for human iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC-CMs) under unpaced control conditions, after 15 days of continuous 2 Hz electrical pacing, and, where applicable, following short-term pacing cessation, alongside reference data from adult human ventricular cardiomyocytes. The dataset provides replicate-level data for all quantified genes and proteins used in differential expression, pathway enrichment, and statistical analyses, including values used to generate volcano plots, heatmaps, and maturation marker summaries. These data enable full reproducibility of the study’s findings on electrical pacing–induced maturation, including shifts toward adult-like transcriptional and proteomic profiles and partial reversibility following pacing cessation.
