Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) using the Oxford nanopore (ONT) MinION platform was performed on 15 patient-derived Wilms tumor patient-derived xenografts (PDX) samples which had their copy number profile previously characterized by whole exome sequencing (WES) and multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA). In addition to WGS, adaptive sampling was performed in 5 samples (KT-22, KT-25, KT-47, KT-55, and KT-60) to enrich for clinically relevant regions in Wilms tumor.
